Finally got a Live Journal

Well, I finally got a live journal. I just got to New York about 6 weeks ago, and finally bought myself a second-hand computer. Mainly to play Lara Croft on. Oh, well.

I suppose it's worth mentioning why I got driven here. I got the powers thing. Yeah, Jade and Aryn moved with me to New York when I found I was a mutant. Yay. Actually, truer friends could never be. They didn't run or think it was weird or anything. Aryn actually offered to beat people up for me. What a girl, that one.

I think I may like it here in New York. The people suck, there's very little sunlight peeking between the rotting buildings, and the streets are filled with broken people and even more broken dreams. Yup, sounds like my kind of place.

It's going to make life really difficult to be a mutant trying to run a gaming store. I hope I can do it without the Pell Grant.
